Do you provide transport to the game?

While we don’t provide transport to the AFL at Optus Stadium, we are more than happy to organise a taxi for you.

Where can I find the 2019 AFL Fixtures?

The AFL Optus Stadium fixtures can be found on the AFL Website.

Can I take my own food and drink to Optus Stadium?

Optus Stadium is a fully licensed venue which means that you can purchase both food and alcohol on arrival. However, if you would prefer to bring your own food you are welcome to.

You are not able to BYO alcohol or beverages in glass bottles. Plastic water bottles must be sealed on arrival.

What else do I need to bring?

Sunscreen! Our top tip at the footy is to layer up on the SPF 50.  We also recommend bringing a jumper if you’re attending a night game as it can get chilly.

Try to avoid bringing large bags, as they will need to be inspected upon entry which will take longer.

I have young kids, is there a parent’s room?

There is a parent’s room on each level of the stadium with change tables, feeding rooms, toilets and even a television so you don’t miss the footy. We recommend asking a staff member where the closest parent’s room is in relation to your seat.

When are the AFL Finals/ AFL Grand Final?

The date of the AFL finals can change each year depending on the teams, however you can find the fixtures here. The Grand Final is always hosted in Melbourne, and will be played on 28 September 2019.
